Position: Media Marketer
Job Responsibilities
● Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
● Identify and recruit potential affiliate partners through research, networking, and outreach.
● Monitor and analyze affiliate performance and campaign effectiveness using key performance indicators
(KPIs) and tracking tools.
● Provide ongoing support, guidance, and resources to affiliates to ensure their success and alignment with
brand guidelines.
● Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in affiliate marketing.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling affiliate marketing campaigns and promotional
materials.
● Conduct regular performance reviews of affiliate partners and implement strategies to optimize their
performance.
● Monitor and enforce compliance with affiliate program terms and conditions.
Job Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field is an advantage.
● Proven work experience as a Media Marketer or in a similar role.
● In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing strategies and best practices.
● Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social
media marketing.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
● Proficiency in using affiliate marketing platforms, tracking tools, and analytics software.
● Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
environment.
