An excellent opportunity has arisen within the tech industry. Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client a leading software and solutions group of Companies, we are seeking to recruit Network Engineers to join their expanding team based in Nicosia.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design and configure LAN switching, IP routing (unicast and multicast), and network security
• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers
• Respond to inquiries from clients, staff, service providers, and vendors for technical support
• Manage multi-site network operations
• Contribute to networking solution design and delivery teams
• Conduct site surveys and audits
• Provide accurate feedback on customer requirements and necessary changes
• Travel outside the local area for short-term assignments
• Manage projects and program components, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Troubleshoot network hardware and security systems malfunctions, diagnose root causes, and restore services
• Author design and configuration documents

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a networking engineer
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Broad knowledge of ICT and specialized expertise in networking
• Proficient in Cisco switching, routing, and security with valid CCNA or equivalent accreditation
• Strong understanding of protocols and technologies: TCP/IP, Ethernet, IS-IS, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, PIM, Quality of Service, STP variants, HSRP/VRRP, MPLS (Layer 2 and Layer 3 Services, traffic engineering), WAN technologies, and DWDM
• Familiarity with network management tools and industry best practices
• Fluent in both Greek and English
