Part Qualified / Trainee Accountants

Part Qualified / Trainee Accountants are required with a high level of professionalism, confidence and credibility to join our firm at our Limassol office.

The role combines (entails) accounts preparation, audit and other ad hoc work to meet clients general audit and accountancy needs.

Responsibilities

• Book – keeping / Accounting as required
• Assisting with the preparation of accounts, VAT returns, tax returns
• Assisting with the preparation of audited financial statements in accordance with the IFRSs for local and offshore businesses

Requirements

• Dealing with the audit and accountancy requirements for clients.
• Very good knowledge of the IASs and IFRSs
• Applicants could be newly university graduates and/or indeed in the early part of his/her ACCA/ACA exams
• Good communication skills and confidence in dealing with clients are essential
• Good IT skills – in particular a competent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Fluency in English both written and spoken are an essential requirement for the post as the majority of clientele are International Offshore Companies
