Manpower Cyprus is growing and is currently looking for a passionate, HR enthusiast to cover the position of HR Administrator in our office in Nicosia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintains employee records and updates databases internally
• Preparing new employee files and supporting the on-boarding of new hires
• Planning employee training, implementing the requirements and keeping the required records.
• Assist in the recruitment process and interviews
  • Review candidates’ applications and conduct telephone interviews (profiling candidates through telephone screening)
  • Arrange interviews, liaise with line managers and candidates, book interview rooms, prepare interview schedules and issue supporting paperwork and documentation
  • Prepare job adverts for each vacancy and ensure these appear on Group website and all other relevant job portals
• Carries out any further duties assigned by their line manager
• Contributes to a positive and dynamic working environment

Requirements:

• University Degree in Human Resources / Accounting / Mathematics / Management / Business / Sociology or related field
• Previous work experience in HR / HR certifications will be considered an advantage recent graduates without experience will also be considered
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Very good understanding of confidentiality rules and company work ethics
• Excellent English and Greek language knowledge
