Junior Front-End UI Web Developers – Cyprus
The Role:
As a Front - End Developer, you will be responsible for creating company email templates by coding, building, and testing them. You will have the opportunity to expand and share your knowledge with the team while learning best practices related to HTML/CSS.
The main responsibilities of the position include:
• Utilize HTML/CSS and email marketing best practices to create and code interactive email experiences.
• Apply best practices in email development, compliance regulations, and accessibility.
• Ensure consistent rendering across browsers, ESPs, and devices.
• Troubleshoot HTML, CSS, and other performance issues.
• Develop and test fully responsive email templates.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of new email designs.
• Work closely with various teams, such as Marketing, Product Designers, stakeholders, and business owners.
• Collaborate closely with Client Communication Team and the marketing team to implement visual and interactive email templates.
• Contribute to team efforts by achieving targeted results.
Main requirements:
• Degree in multimedia and web development, computer science or any other related field.
• Understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
• Familiar with versioning tools such as GIT.
• Good understanding of the fundamental principles of design, creative thinker & problem solver.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
The following will be considered an advantage:
• Working experience with email templates.
• Knowledge of email compliance regulations.
• Familiarity with working on email templates in Outlook.

• Experience with JavaScript, Stripo, or any email template builder.
• Previous experience with Litmus (or similar) testing software.
• A work portfolio of personal or previous projects.
• Experience with project management, collaboration, or issue tracking tools, such as JIRA and Confluence.
