An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Support & Sales Executive to join Ergodotisi.com in Limassol as a maternity cover; starting in June 2021. The position offers the opportunity for a possible permanent placement after the maternity cover ends.

Main Responsibilities

• Create, approve and add content in the website
• Provide support to clients through email, calls and social media
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Generate sales leads
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant experience
• University Degree in Business Administration or Marketing or Diploma in Secretarial Studies or Sales will be considered as an advantage
• Time-management and strong communication skills
• Excellent command of the English and Greek languages (both oral and written) is essential
