An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Relations Officer to join our Commercial Team in Nicosia.
Main Responsibilities:
● Serve as the lead point of contact for all (advertising agencies) customer account management
matters and maintain cohesion in pricing and ensure smooth collaboration
● Act as the liaison between internal teams and clients
● Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate client need fulfillment
● Responsible for resolving complaints and preventing issues with clients by improving internal
processes
● Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external
stakeholders
● Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales
targets
● Responsible for working with the Commercial Director and team to onboard and integrate new
clients
● Collect, keep and analyze key data
● Represent the company at events
Requirements:
● Media sales experience or relevant experience will be considered as an advantage
● Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues
● Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
● Adaptability and strong problem solving skills
● Passion and determination
● Good time management, prioritization and multitasking abilities
● Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Greek & English
