JOB DESCRIPTION The Technical Support & Maintenance Engineer role, entails assisting with technical designs, projects and providing regular feedback of progress to ensure that project delivery meets regulations and the client’s objectives and requirements. The role’s responsibilities are mainly administrational, include and are not limited to:
• Carrying out Designs (AutoCAD) for Installations and Maintenance
• Preparing customer’s Technical Folders
• Recording and following up customer requests
• Ensuring that deliveries and projects are completed to an agreed timescale
• Contacting customers and providing technical support and ensures customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrating a high level of customer service at all times
• Strictly adheres to all Health & Safety procedures and all relevant industry standards.
• Performing visual inspection of installations and making recommendations to comply with standards when necessary
• Attending to Training Seminars to specialize in Field and Equipment
• Maintaining documentation and preparing reports for the upper management
• Adhering to procedures according to company quality standards.

• Attends to trainings and health and safety meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• Degree in the Engineering field
• Excellent Knowledge of AutoCAD Design software
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office programmes, IT literacy and internet savvy;
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English
• Attention to Detail
• No experience is required
