An excellent opportunity has arisen within the Fintech marketing industry. Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client an international Events Management Company & Marketing Agency, we are seeking to recruit an Event Content Manager to join their expanding team based in Limassol.

The ideal candidate will be working on the biggest expos and conferences in the Fintech industry, online trading and digital assets. The Event Content Manager will be responsible for researching, developing and organizing and curation of the event agenda, industry topics and high-profile speakers.

 Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage process and timelines for content development and curation
  • Curate and craft content to suggest agenda journeys based on audience and learning levels
  • Perform market and industry research to craft content in alignment with overarching events content strategy and audience demographic that maximizes attendee learning experience
  • Research and build relationships with leading industry speakers and brands
  • Oversee the entire speaker account management flow as the main point of contact
  • Manage and organize the speaker’s participation and all logistics involved
  • Manage deadlines and interdependencies to ensure established milestones are met
  • Execute the agenda on-site during events, cooperating with AV and stage production vendors, coordinating and ensuring the schedule runs in timely manner, speaker hospitality, managing no-shows, delays or technical issues
  • Maintain resource centre and content management tool for planning and post-show leverage
  • Partner closely with the sales, marketing, event production and development teams, to oversee all content aspects
  • Organize and manage all communication aspects with speakers (invitations, guidelines, pre & post show communications) as well as managing design elements (social media designs, stage screen designs, agenda screens at events)
  • Manage event website agenda section, ensuring all schedule and speakers are up to date
  • Produce content and contribute to pre-event attendee marketing and communications to generate program interest, content excitement, and session registration

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Communication, PR, Journalism, Media, BA, Events or in any other related field
  • Proven work experience in similar role for at least 2 years
  • Possess outstanding event planning skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, particularly online trading, Fintech and cryptocurrency
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Demonstrable effective public speaking skills
  • Possess excellent problem solving skills
  • Content Writing skills (social media, mailers)
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, illustrator
