Event Coordinator

An excellent opportunity has arisen within the Fintech Marketing Industry. Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client a certified Great Place to work an Events and Marketing Agency, we are seeking to recruit an Event Coordinator to join their expanding team based in Limassol.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Involved in various aspects of exhibition planning from initial conception to project completion, including the expo networking parties.
• Working closely with specific suppliers, 3D designer and the in-house designer to prepare all pre-expo materials, manuals and catalogues needed for clients
• Managing multiple exhibitors and sponsors – being their ‘go-to’ person for expo participation ranging from exhibitor booths and sponsorships to their registration process
• Involved in on-site expo build up and construction, working with exhibitors and sponsors as well as all relevant suppliers to ensure a smooth expo participation for all clients.
• Other assistance as needed in managing the various expo preparation/execution elements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree on Events Management or in any other a relevant sector
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to adapt to changes while constantly searching for new opportunities
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Effective time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Ability to travel and work late if required
