Logistics Coordinator Job Location: Limassol SWIFT MARINE (EASTMED) LTD, a FHG subsidiary, is looking to recruit a Logistics Coordinator for their team in Limassol.
Responsibilities: • Communicate and liaise effectively with customers and agents.
• Execute logistic requisitions as required by the customers.
• Prepare quotations, up to the invoicing stage.
• Manage transportation providers, reviewing costs and transportation rates, as well as researching shipping options.
• Ensure that accurate records are maintained for transactions and accountable to compile reports as required. Requirements:
• BSc degree in Business Studies, Maritime or any other related field.
• Outstanding phone and email etiquette.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Very good organisational and multitasking skills, with an ability to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
A competitive remuneration package will be offered to successful candidate including 13th and 14th salaries and Pension Fund, after the successful completion of the probation period.
