Πολιτικός μηχανικός

Μελετητικό γραφείο, με έδρα τη Λευκωσία, προκηρύσσει θέση εργασίας νέου πολιτικού μηχανικού.

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα:

• Προπτυχιακός τίτλος στην πολιτική μηχανική.
• Δεξιότητες χειρισμού λογισμικών ανάλυσης και διαστασιολόγησης κατασκευών και σχεδιαστικών λογισμικών.
• Εξοικείωση με τις κανονιστικές διατάξεις των Ευρωκωδίκων.
• Άρτια γνώση της ελληνικής και πολύ γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας.
• Οργανωτικές, συντονιστικές, διαχειριστικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες.

Επιπρόσθετα / προαιρετικά προσόντα:

• Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος με εξειδίκευση στην αντισεισμική ή στη δομοστατική μηχανική.

Καθήκοντα:

• Εκπόνηση μελετών δομικού σχεδιασμού κτηριακών και άλλων έργων.
• Ετοιμασία κατασκευαστικών σχεδίων.
• Επίβλεψη της ανέγερσης κτηριακών και άλλων έργων.
• Διαχείριση προσφορών.
• Επικοινωνία και συναντήσεις με συνεργάτες και πελάτες.
• Δυνατότητα υβριδικού μοντέλου εργασίας (συνδυασμός εργασίας εντός γραφείου και εξ αποστάσεως).

Civil Engineering Office, located in Nicosia, is seeking to employ a junior civil / structural engineer.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in civil engineering.
• Skills in the utilization of structural analysis and design software and drafting / detailing software.
• Familiarity in the practical implementation of Eurocodes.
• Excellent knowledge of English language.
• Organizational, coordination, management and communication skills.

Additional optional qualifications:

• Master Degree with expertise in earthquake or structural engineering.

Duties:

• Structural and earthquake-resistant design of buildings.
• Elaboration of structural and fabrication drawings.
• Supervision of the construction of building and non-building structures.
• Tender Management.
• Drafting and detail design.
• Communication and meetings with associates and clients.
• Potential for hybrid working model (combination of office and remote work).
