Join Our Transfer Pricing tax team. 

Our team is growing, and we are looking for high calibre professionals, enthusiastic for the profession who really cares about making a difference and creating value for themselves and others to join our “Transfer Pricing” tax team in Nicosia. Successful candidates will report to a Manager and will work closely with the rest of the team to provide a wide range of transfer pricing compliance and international tax advisory services to a large portfolio of clients across all sectors of business in Cyprus and beyond.  

The responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Establishing effective working relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Contributing to the development of personal and team knowledge.
  • Performing impact assessments and thorough transfer pricing analyses (‘TP’) for intercompany transactions to ensure compliance with applicable TP regulations and arm's length principle.
  • Conducting economic and functional analyses to document intercompany transactions.
  • Preparing comprehensive transfer pricing documentation, including local country reports and master files, in accordance with relevant tax laws and guidelines.
  • Collaborating with the outsourcing, audit and tax teams to establish and implement transfer pricing policies that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitoring and assessing transfer pricing risks for clients and recommends appropriate risk mitigation strategies.

 

 Skills / Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA professional qualification will be considered as an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of the “Cyprus Income Tax” legislation and the main principles of “International Tax Law”.
  • Team player and flexible to work on various types of assignments both independently and in a team.
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with strong focus on quality. 
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (Greek and English language)
  • IT literate with sound knowledge and experience of MS Office.
