An excellent opportunity has arisen within the Fintech Marketing Industry. Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client an international Events Management & Marketing Agency and a certified Great Place to Work Company, we are seeking to recruit an Account Executive (Marketing) to join their expanding team based in Limassol.

 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and promoting them to their target audiences. The individual will take full responsibility for client’s campaigns - strategy, collaboration, execution, and reporting back to the client. He / She will also be responsible for Email Marketing which is handled through a software called MailChimp.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with clients, acting as a primary point of contact for day-to-day communication
  • Oversee the execution of marketing services, such as PR and email campaigns, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
  • Collaborate with other departments, including content and design, to ensure that all deliverables meet both client expectations and agency standards
  • Work with clients to establish project timelines and diligently ensure that projects are delivered within the specified constraints
  • Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns that may arise during project delivery, ensuring prompt resolution and keeping clients informed of progress and any necessary changes
  • Recognize potential avenues for expanding business with existing clients by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and promptly communicate them to the reporting manager for further action
  • Prepare and present regular reports to clients and reporting managers, providing transparent updates on project status and key milestones
  • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing any concerns, providing exceptional customer service, and proactively identifying ways to add value to the client's business

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or in any other relevant field
  • 2+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a marketing agency
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically to solve client challenges
  • Proficient in MS Office, and project management tools
  • Familiarity with marketing and advertising technologies, including CRM, marketing automation, and social media platforms.
  • You must be able to live and work freely in the EU
