What you will do

The Short-Term Rental Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the short-term rental service, ensuring their profitability, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:
-Responsible for the management and smooth operation of short-term rental services for existing and future projects.
-Responsible for the overall performance of the short-term rental service ensuring the efficient use of resources and maximizing financial returns for our clients.
-Grow, train, and lead a highly visible team of professionals.
-Establish objectives, create, and monitor budgets, for our portfolio adhering to set annual costs, with the ability to perform a cost-benefit analysis.
-Liaise, manage and negotiate with contractors, vendors, and external business partners ensuring that our guests enjoy high standards of client experience.
-Set policies and procedures, prepare the quarterly financial results, analyze the results, and report on the outcomes to the apartment owners and management. - Responsible for the addition of new units in the short-term rental service (including communication with unit owners, exchange of contracts, on-boarding process, supervising unit set-up, and listing preparation).
-Conducting market analysis and research, following market trends and demand changes to determine and update the pricing strategy. - Monitoring the listing creation and management of available units on booking platforms and examining the possibility of increasing the OTAs network. - Liaise closely with the marketing department to determine and follow up the marketing strategy.
-Monitoring guest communication and reviews and taking action when necessary. - Partner with other departments in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of guest experience services. - Manage timely data collection to update operational metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service.
-Enhancing short-term rental operations by following business strategies and practice methods.

Qualifications and Personal Skills:
-Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, real estate, or a related field.
-Master’s degree in any of the above fields will be considered as an advantage.
-At least 2 years of experience in any managerial position.
-Basic understanding of accounting and finance will be considered as an advantage.
-Detail-oriented, and able to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
-Highly responsive and reliable.
-Very good communication and presentation skills.
-Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
-Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek.
-Must be flexible as relates to potential travel requirements due to client service projects.

Working Hours:
Monday – Friday: 08.00-17.00 or 09.00-18.00 with 1h lunch break between 13:00-14:00.
