Customer Support Officer We are excited to announce that FL Crane & Deck Ltd is looking to hire a Customer Support Officer in Limassol, Cyprus.
Responsibilities:
Receive inquiries from customers through email. Respond to all customer & suppliers’ general inquiries & coordinate with Commercial Manager. Handling the requests from the quotation stage up until the invoicing stage.
Coordinate with the Company’s Service Engineers, and make arrangements for traveling, attendance, and submission of service reports.
Responsible for the execution and implementation of the complete flow of operations.
Coordinate principals-service providers & customers, through all the sales processes including but not limited to inquiry, quotation, order acknowledgement.
Creation and control of all manual and electronic filing systems for customer sales cases and all relevant office paperwork. • Usage of online system for operations, updates, and reporting to all relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications / Requirements:
BSc in Shipping, Maritime or any other related field will be considered as an advantage.
Ability and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
Excellent organizational, communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once.
Computer literate.
Attention to detail.
Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written.
