Key Responsibilities:
1) Support the Construction Engineer & the Design Coordinator with the daily delivery of project management activities such as:
• Liaising and communicating with local authorities, consultants and contractors involved in the project
• Carrying out site visits
• Overseeing quality control and health & safety matters
• Administering the related project information, documentation and correspondence.
• Preparation of solutions for changes and following up their implementation
• Preparation of progress reports
2) Assist the Project Management team with the implementation of a new project management software and the preparation of progress reports.
3) Contribute to processes' development and improvement to enhance project management team procedures.
Qualifications:
• BSc in Civil Engineering
• 2-3 years in similar role/site experience
• Teamwork, Communication, Organisational Skills
• Software knowledge in MS Office, Autocad
• Procore knowledge will be considered as an advantage
Remuneration Package:
• 13th salary
