Information Security Manager

Reg4Tech Ltd (member of the Russell Bedford International and affiliate of FINCAP Advisers Group of Companies), an IT Audit and IT Consulting services Company, is seeking to recruit Information Security Manager, for its offices in Nicosia and Limassol.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with both Cypriot and international clients in areas such as Information Security, IT Governance, Third Party Assurance Controls Reporting, IT Regulatory Compliance, Data Protection, IT Risk assessments and IT Audits.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Leading Information Security projects as part of Internal Audits and External Financial Audits, Third Party Assurance controls reporting (SOC 1 / SOC 2 & ISAE 3000 / 3402), IT Regulatory Compliance (EBA ICT, SWIFT, etc), IT Governance (ISO 27001, etc), Data Privacy (GDPR) and IT Risk Assessments.
• Identify and assess relevant Information Security and Data Privacy risks and controls.
• Collaborate with clients to design and implement Information Security and Data Privacy policies and procedures to address their IT Regulatory requirements.
• Support clients to obtain their ISO certifications in relation to Information Security, Data Privacy and Business Continuity.
• Coaching more junior level team members.

Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Information Security / Cybersecurity / MIS or other related field.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant working experience is required.
• Knowledge of Information Security / IT Internal Controls frameworks and professional standards (e.g. ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 22701), IT Audit/Assurance frameworks/standards and IT Regulatory requirements (e.g. EBA ICT, SWIFT-CSP and GDRP).
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of current technological frameworks and regulatory obligations.
• Ability to learn and evolve in a fast-paced environment.
• Interpersonal skills, team player, ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek.
• Applicants are required to hold at least one of the following professional certifications: CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, or any other relevant professional qualification.
