Compliance Officer

Manpower on behalf of our client, a corporate service providers’ licensed by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC), we are looking to recruit a Compliance Officer to be based in their offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support in the implementation of the company compliance policies and procedures
• Assist in conducting compliance audits and assessments to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with various departments to gather information and documentation for compliance reviews
• Monitor changes in regulations and laws affecting the industry, and assist in updating compliance policies accordingly
• Aid in developing training materials and conducting training sessions for employees on compliance-related topics
• Assist in responding to compliance inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities
• Contribute to special projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall compliance program effectiveness

Qualifications & Skills:

• University degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, Economics or other related field
• 2+ years’ experience in the field of AML
• Excellent verbal and written English and Greek language

• Working Hours: 3 Days per week until 15:00 / 2 Days per week until 17:30
