Sales Engineer

Manpower, on behalf of our client a leading supplier of construction machinery and warehouse equipment we are seeking to recruit a Sales Engineer to join their sales team in Latsia, Cyprus.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, engineering and he / she is looking to utilize their sales and engineering skills.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop a solid understanding of company products and services
• Assist in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through online research and analysis
• Prepare technical presentations and offers
• Assist in the development and execution of strategic sales plans by providing market insights and data analysis
• Provide support and guidance to clients and the sales team via phone and email
• Prepare and review of proposals, quotations, and contracts
• Help maintain and update client information in the CRM system to ensure accurate records
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive Engineering, or a related field will be an advantage
• Experience in sales or a technical role is a plus, but not required
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluency in Greek and English Language
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales engineering role
