After Sales Technician

Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client, one of the largest distributors of fitness equipment in Cyprus, is looking to strengthen their team with an After Sales Technician to be based in Nicosia, Larnaca, Limassol.

 

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure excellent performance of after-sales service, aligning with brand positioning through proper use of systems and processes
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels concerning service quality
  • Manage technical after-sales organization costs based on the assigned objectives
  • Oversee field force performance, including external service providers
  • Provide real-time feedback to management on product and service issues
  • Ensure the technical after-sales team has the right staffing and competencies to meet customer service expectations
  • Foster organizational effectiveness, people development, and employee engagement
  • Accountable for the availability of spare parts and the accuracy of inventory records

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree or Diploma from a technical school / electrical engineering / electrical technicians or in any other relevant field
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills that motivates both team members and clients
  • Good command of Greek and English
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driving license
