Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to internal and external users.
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install and configure software and hardware.
• Ensure data security and manage backups.
• Collaborate with the team to improve IT systems and processes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.
