This role involves both remote and on-site assistance, aiming to maintain smooth operations for our clients’ systems and infrastructure. We are seeking an IT Support Specialist who will deliver technical support and services tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
Primary Responsibilities:
•Provide responsive technical support for clients, whether remotely or on-site, based on individual client needs.
•Plan, install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems, approved vendor hardware and software (PCs, notebooks, servers), and Microsoft cloud solutions (e.g., Office 365).
•Design, implement, and manage systems like Active Directory, Entra ID, Firewall.
•Monitor, maintain, and enhance infrastructure solutions, ensuring reliable day-to-day functionality.
•Address inquiries from clients, staff, service providers, and vendors, offering technical support and assistance.
Skills and Qualifications:
•Degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university or college.
•Practical knowledge of Windows platforms, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP is highly advantageous.
•Basic understanding of networking and routing is a plus.
