Social Media Management, Administration, & Events Officer

Social Media Management:
•Manage, update, & create engaging content for all social media platforms (e.g. posts, live updates, videos, designs, promotion campaigns).
•Develop & execute a monthly social media strategy & planner.
•Write concise, impactful posts and identify appropriate hashtags, tags, and collaborators.
•Monitor analytics, provide regular reports, implement strategies to improve social media performance & engagement.

Content Creation:
•Utilize archived materials to create videos and promotional content for events and initiatives.
•Capture and edit media during live events for real-time posting.
•Website management: Ensure the website reflects up-to-date event and organizational activities.

Event Support:
•Assist in planning and coordinating events, from logistics to execution.
•Handle event communication with schools, government authorities, and private organizations.
•Document and archive event outcomes for internal and external reporting.

Administration:
•Monitor and manage correspondence & external communication.
•Maintain & index files in archive, including media, project logs, and correspondence records.
•Support project evaluation and prepare summaries for approvals.
•Prepare & monitor payments & receipts.

Collaborative Tasks:
•Collaborate with the Manager & team to ensure alignment on communication and administrative priorities.
•Provide comprehensive support to the Manager & team to ensure smooth functioning of daily operations & overall workflow.

Skills and Qualifications
•Proven experience in social media management and strategy.
•Strong content creation and graphic design skills (e.g. graphic design tools, video editing).
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek.
•Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
•Basic event management experience.
•Familiarity with digital archiving tools (e.g., Dropbox) and general administrative tasks.
•Agility to adapt to fast-paced environments and meet deadlines.

Additional Requirements
•Ability to develop creative strategies to enhance the foundation’s visibility.
•Willingness to handle ad hoc tasks to support the foundation’s operations.
•Passion for contributing to children's well-being and social impact.

Other
•Work remotely, or in the office, as per the employer’s requirements.
•Flexibility in working hours is required and may include weekend and out-of-hours work.
•Remuneration based on qualifications and experience.
