Avis Budget Rent A Car is seeking a customer-focused individual to join our team in Larnaca as a Customer Service and Reservations Agent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming back-to-back calls and emails daily to book quality reservations for our three brands worldwide.
  • Provide information on rental rates, policies and procedures.
  • Efficiently guide conversations and apply sales techniques to convert calls into reservations.
  • Handle complaints and resolve customer service issues.
  • Able to ensure customer satisfaction through providing exceptional service to every customer.

Requirements

  • High school diploma. University degree will be considered as an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages. Other knowledge of language will be considered as an advantage.
  • Computer literate.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Strong Customer Service and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant, enthusiastic and adaptable personality.
