During the summer months (July and August) the apartments of the University can be used for hosting needs of faculties and departments related with conferences, summer schools and other activities. Furthermore, they can be accommodate quests of Organizations which are linked to the University with a memorandum of cooperation.

Location of student accommodation buildings

The student residence halls of Cyprus University of Technology are located in central positions in the Limassol city. The old town centre, variable entertaining options, tourist attractions, museums, the coastal avenue, banks and a wide spectrum of services are easily accessible from the student accommodation buildings. There is also a convenient access to urban transport buses which operate large number of routes in various areas of the grant Limassol but also to the broader parts of the Limassol province.

The Cyprus University of Technology located in Limassol, has available for rent 162 beds in 8 independent student accommodation buildings. The available apartments for rent in the summer season are divided in 5 types:

• Three bedrooms

How can I rent an apartment for the months July and August?

You can send an online application (click here) until the 1st of June at 2.00 pm the latest. Later on, you will receive a reply email informing you with the availability of rooms in the resident halls along with the amount of money you need to pay and the deadline for paying them.

If there are available rooms your pre-booking will be held directly. The terminal reservation will be confirmed when the payment is completed and you fax the bank receipt at 25002684 or at the email housing@cut.ac.cy
 

Arrival / Departure from the apartment

You can enter into the apartment at 11.00am (the earliest) the day of your arrival and you should check-out from the apartment at 9.00am (the latest) the day of your departure.

Checking in/ Checking out

During the delivery procedure, the residents are obliged to sign a rental agreement with Cyprus University of Technology. 

When the apartment is delivered to the resident a key for the main door of the building the apartment is located and a key card for accessing the apartment will be given to the resident. If the keys are not returned during the check out procedure, the amount of 25euros will be charged. 

After and when the resident checks out, the Housing Office is responsible for inspecting the apartment for possible damages, absences or unjustifiable wears in the equipment of the apartment and the apartment as such.
 

How can I pay?

The payment of the owed fees can merely be done by depositing in this bank account:

When making the payment you then have to fax a copy of the bank receipt at 25002684 or at housing@cut.ac.cy until the default deadline. It is necessary that on the receipt is written the name and surname of the applicant, his ID number while also the words ‘Summer Accommodation’.

Rental Period and Pricing

The minimum possible rental period/ charge is 3 days and the maximum 2 months (July and August). Applications that request a rental period of more than 2 month will be examined. In the following prices electricity (up to 40euros per month) is included along with water, internet access and cleaning of common expenses. For special guests there is the ability of providing bed linen and towels with no extra cost.
