If you have recently graduated (6-10 months) or expect to graduate in 2021 from Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines (i.e physics/maths), enjoy the challenge of solving complex technical problems and want to work on smart practical solutions while improving your knowledge and skillset along the way, then we would love to hear from you.
To be successful in this role we believe you need have outstanding collaboration and communication skills, in addition to this you must have a strong knowledge of SQL Server operations and Database operations.
It’s not essential, but it’s considered as an advantage if you have experience in developing and implementing software applications, and experience developing software utilizing various coding languages such as .Net, Java and with Object Oriented Principles, Design and Architectural Patterns.

We are looking for Graduates with a technical degree (STEM) who are passionate about delivering quality.
If you have recently graduated or expect to graduate in 2021 with a Technical Degree (Engineering/Mathematics/Physics etc.), enjoy the challenge of providing input into quality requirements for New Product Introduction (NPI) and lifecycle programs and want to work as part of a global team committed to quality excellence, then we’d love to hear from you.
In this role, you will work as part of a cross functional team, ensuring that quality is built into NCR’s latest banking products. You will be responsible for delivering the “critical to quality” metrics for all NPI projects that you work on. You will also be responsible for products in the lifecycle phase of development, ensuring that NCR’s products are performing to the excellent standards that we set and most importantly to the standard that our customers expect. You will need to be willing to travel across the globe to our manufacturing facilities as well as to our customers and work alongside our field technicians to deliver quality to our customers.
To qualify, you should have earned a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within the last 6-10 months or be on track to earn your degree prior to the role start date.
To be successful in this role we believe you should also have a good working knowledge of mechanical systems and an inquisitive approach to problem solving, as well as excellent technical skills, a willingness to learn and a positive attitude.

Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility
Responsible for the implementation of a solution or parts of a solution to meet the stated specifications and architecture; Performs software design, programming, testing, support and documentation of their software to the agreed standards and quality guidelines and in accordance with the relevant processes
Write documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and corrections; Validates software design and solution to the project requirements
Focuses on activities such as evaluating, designing, constructing, integrating, unit testing, trouble-shooting and supporting software solutions based on business and operational requirements in a variety of customer-facing and internal business scenarios
Conducting unit tests, tracking problems, and implementing changes to ensure adherence to test plan and functional requirements; Responsible for diagnosing, isolating, and implementing remedies for system failures caused by errors in software code, using knowledge of system characteristics and utilizing software-based system maintenance and tracking tools
Perform functional analysis of requirements to determine estimates of resources (people and equipment), size of the software products, efforts, schedules and critical computer resources
