Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement is searching for an intern that is motivated and excited to apply their knowledge in a work setting. You will support the Corporate Human Resources Shore team with
a series of dynamic projects. This paid internship will have a duration of three months
with the possibility of extension for another three months.
As an HR intern, you will:
Devise and produce content for a range of different channels (intranet articles,
videos, visuals, etc.).
Support the development of training videos and employee spotlight articles.
Support the design, preparation and delivery of internal events and
communication campaigns.
Assist the Corporate HRS team in administrative duties related to various
projects, such as our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, presentations
etc.
Assist the Corporate HRS team in research to produce data and statistics on the
latest HR trends such as on learning and development, employee engagement,
rewards, and benefits.
Create, maintain, and update the Corporate HRS department archives with new
documentation.
This position offers excellent opportunities to use your communication skills and
creativity to deliver meaningful internal campaigns, and to support research on the
latest HR trends. You will have the opportunity to work directly with the corporate HR
team on projects that impact our 30+ offices around the world.
Requirements:
Engaged in a bachelor’s or college degree in HR, MBA, Communications, HR
Analyst or another relevant field.
An advanced (C1) command of English.
The ability to research, analyse data and suggest people management
improvements.
The ability to develop engaging text and reader-friendly content.
Interest or experience in producing visual communication materials (infographics,
icons, presentations, etc.).
A good knowledge of the MS Office package.
