Answer and transfer incoming calls, in a positive and warm manner, and take messages.
Welcome clients and guests in a friendly way and ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay.
Undertake general office duties including filing, scanning, binding, receiving parcels and letters, and ensure the smooth running of the reception area.
Schedule appointments and be responsible for all the calendar meetings of the top management.
Provide information to guests and staff in person or by phone.
Responsible for maintaining the reception’s environment hygiene.
Responsible for the conference bookings.
Assist the Accounting, Payroll, Audit and Corporate Department with any tasks assigned.
CANDIDATEPROFILE
Qualification in secretarial studies, administration, accounting or any other related field will be considered as an advantage.
Greek and English Language mandatory.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
