Office Administrator

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Answer and transfer incoming calls, in a positive and warm manner, and take messages.  
  • Welcome clients and guests in a friendly way and ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay.  
  • Undertake general office duties including filing, scanning, binding, receiving parcels and letters, and ensure the smooth running of the reception area.  
  • Schedule appointments and be responsible for all the calendar meetings of the top management.  
  • Provide information to guests and staff in person or by phone.  
  • Responsible for maintaining the reception’s environment hygiene.  
  • Responsible for the conference bookings.  
  • Assist the Accounting, Payroll, Audit and Corporate Department with any tasks assigned.  

  

CANDIDATEPROFILE  

  • Qualification in secretarial studies, administration, accounting or any other related field will be considered as an advantage.  
  • Greek and English Language mandatory.  
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).  
  • Team-player and able to work under pressure.  
  • Friendly and polite personality.
