We are currently looking for talented individuals who excel in data analytics and are passionate to analyse large amounts of raw information, aiming to improve the IQOS Consumer Journey.

Your ‘day to day’ tasks

• Use statistical methods in large databases and unstructured datasets to identify different milestones of IQOS consumer journey.

• Build multiple customer segmentation to drive our acquisition and retention strategies.

• Distil real-time 360 consumer data and turn them into insights that will foster fast business action.

• Connect data from different data sources, leverage on a broad set of different metrics, synthesize and extract meaningful outcomes.

• Visualize dissimilar data and communicate them in a sharp and vivid manner across different stakeholders.

• Cooperate with third party vendors and work with partners on strategic KPIs development

• Leverage data to find business opportunities and develop creative solutions by employing data science methods such as statistical models, machine learning, pattern recognition, optimization algorithms or other complex methodologies.

• Model and predict future behavior of IQOS customers, develop and analyze relevant experiments.

• Be the changemaker by identifying and challenging status-quo while advocating use of statistically sound decision-making processes.

Who we’re looking for

• Degree in Analytics or Statistics or Computer Sciences or Business Intelligence or other quantitative discipline (MSc is a must)

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Data Analyst / Data Scientist / Business Analyst

• Vast experience with data exploration and strong command on Data visualization tools • Strong command on Excel / VBA / Access / Power BI

• Knowledge on SQL is mandatory

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Strong visualization and communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to think creatively and insightfully about business problems

• Experience with Machine Learning and R/Python will be considered a plus

• Ability to work within a complex and international environment

• Fluency in English (Greek will be considered an asset)

• Military Obligations fulfilled (for male candidates)
