Imports & Exports Coordinator

Go Shipping Cyprus Ltd is seeking to recruit An Imports & Exports Coordinator for full time employment in Limassol.


 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting customer service by managing end-to-end shipment process, internal & externals procedures and maintain a solid understanding of the cargo transportation by sea, road, or groupage service.
  • Communicate with clients, providing them information of their shipment until destination.
  • Daily update of system software, make bookings, provide relevant documents, and issue invoices to customers/agents.
  • Answering requests via emails and phone calls

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or/and master’s degree preferably in the Maritime Studies
  • Very good command of Greek and English Language (Written and Oral)
  • Very good Computer Skills MS Office
  • Good organizational, analytical and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail.

 

Working hours 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday.

              An attractive package of remuneration depending on qualifications.
