Purchasing Assistant supports purchasing operations, by maintaining clients and suppliers with the highest standards for any kind of inquiry. The purchasing assistant increases the operational efficiencies of the company by assisting with inventories level and purchase priority.
Job Responsibilities:
Primarily you will be tasked with learning about and supporting the purchasing department of the company able to learn from our qualified and established professionals. This provides the allowance to bring new-fresh ideas for the better development of the company and obtain confidence for the new role position.
Job Requirements:
All Applicants Must:
Be Good-Fluently in English both verbally and in writing.
Have graduated within the last two years with limited or no work experience.
Educational background should be in one of the following fields: Engineering, Business, Maritime
Have excellent teamwork and communications as well as fast adaption skills.
Be familiar with Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Responding in a timely manner to inquiries
