Customer Relationship Sales Representative (HORECA)

Manpower, on behalf of our client we are seeking to recruit a Customer Relationship Sales Representative (HORECA), to be based at our client’s offices in Nicosia.
 

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Promotes company’s products in HORECA channel
• Utilize proven sales techniques to build customer relationships, enhance customer’s buying experience, retain customers, and exceed customer care commitments
• Expands existing customer base through innovative sales practices and networking with potential customers
• Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information, researching and providing information.
• Follows up monthly sales targets at customer’s level
• Devises sales strategies to maximize sales by up-selling and cross-selling Maintains and regularly evaluates contracts with customers to provide products and services that meet standards of quality, timeliness and cost
• Keeps up to date with competition
• Meets potential customers and obtains sales orders
• Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, escalating unresolved problems
• Maintains call centre database by entering information
• Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, recommending improved procedures
   

Skills and Qualifications:

• University Degree in Business, Marketing or any other related field
• 2+ years of work experience in the HORECA channel will be considered an advantage.
• Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills and be self-motivated
• Solid computer skills MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English Language
• Driving license
