Sales Executive, Marketing

An excellent opportunity has arisen within the Fintech Marketing Industry. Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client a certified Great Place to work an Events and Marketing Agency, we are seeking to recruit a Sales Executive to join their expanding team based in Limassol.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and build a pipeline of potential clients through networking, cold calling, email marketing, and other sales activities
• Conduct research to understand the needs and pain points of prospective clients and develop tailored sales pitches and proposals to address those needs
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders and serve as their primary point of contact throughout the sales process
• Collaborate with the agency's marketing and creative teams to develop customized solutions for clients and ensure that proposals and presentations are of high quality and aligned with the agency's brand
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients and ensure that all agreements are in line with the agency's policies and procedures
• Monitor market trends and competition and provide insights and recommendations to the agency's leadership team on how to stay ahead of the curve
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder on Business Administration/ Marketing or any other a relevant sector
• Experience in a similar role for at least 3 years
•  Experience in B2B sales is mandatory, ideally within the events and marketing industry
• Ability to source and identify c emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
•  Excellent oral and written presentation skills with confident telephone manner
• Highly self-motivated and results oriented with limited supervision
• Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a service
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
