Seraland Services Ltd, an FHG subsidiary, is looking for a passionate and self-motivated professional to join us as a Technical Support Officer in Limassol.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Participate in sales activities by promoting technical equipment.
• Receive requests and enquiries from customers through various means.
• Handle cases from the enquiry stage up to invoicing.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve the team targets.
Main requirements:
• Degree in Engineering or in a relevant technical field.
• Experience in shipping, in a technical department, will be considered as an advantage.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• High attention to detail. • Very good organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Technology savvy – proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, with an ability to adapt to new software.
• Excellent multitasking skills, with an ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate according to qualifications and experience, including 13th and 14th salary.
