Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client, an International Group of Companies and a Local market leader, operating in a variety of highly innovative sectors, we are seeking to recruit a Marketing Manager to join their Marketing team in Nicosia.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for online and offline channels
Manage online marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns, and website management
Lead offline marketing efforts, such as print ads, events, and promotions, to enhance brand presence locally
Monitor market trends, conduct research, and use data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts
Manage the marketing budget and collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing or a related field
5+ years of marketing management experience in a dynamic environment
Proficiency in online marketing tools, SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing
Familiarity with traditional marketing channels and local consumer behaviour
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English and Greek)
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point with the ability to work (and enjoy working) with large volumes of data to discern important trends or support market forecasting and innovation.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
