equipment, VRF systems and Heat Pumps.

We are looking to recruit a confident, dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team of
Sales Engineers.
Role:
Sales Engineer Nicosia
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the sales process from end-to-end
2. Ensures customer satisfaction and supports building strong and long-lasting relationships
with the customers
3. New customer acquisition and handling
4. Discusses and addresses customer needs
5. Issues quotations, prepares tenders and negotiates prices
6. Visits Business Partners such as Consultants, Contractors, Retail shops and Suppliers
7. Concludes reservations and sales orders in the company’s database
8. Co-ordinates the delivery of equipment to the customer
9. Provides technical and administrative support to Business Partners such as Installers,
Contractors and End-Users
10. Regularly liaises with the Sales and Logistics Teams on stock requirements and arrival
11. Understands and issues diagrammatic drawings involving equipment
12. Participates in the formulation of technical specifications
13. Issues simple reports extracted from the company’s database and MS Excel
14. Other duties that may be assigned by Management
Education:
A university degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering is
required
Very good knowledge of the Greek and English Languages, both verbally and in writing
Computer literacy: Very good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Relevant certification will be considered an advantage.
Good knowledge of AutoCAD. Relevant certification will be considered an advantage.
Previous experience using databases will be considered an advantage
Other requirements:
The ability to drive to customers and between cities is required.
