Position: Implementation Consultant, Ref. Num.: SM036
Yellow Applications (partner of SoftOne and Exelsys HCM) is looking for an Implementation Software Consultant to join our Business Applications Software team.
Responsible to assist clients with implementation and support of our Cloud Software Solutions.
Requirements:
• Understanding of Business Software (HR Management Systems, Accounting, CRM)
• Delivering product pre-sales demonstrations and presentations
• Collect requirements, analyze businesses and execute process workshops
• Participate in implementation steps as assigned
• Prepare training documentation and train end users in specific modules of implemented business software and technology solutions
• Provide support, including researching and resolving functional system problems
• Good knowledge of both English and Greek
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or other related fields
• At least 1 year of working experience in similar position
• Knowledge of SoftOne or Exelsys HCM or SAP or Payroll or any other business and accounting software will be considered as an advantage.
