Web Graphics Designer (Hybrid)

An excellent opportunity has arisen within the Fintech Marketing Industry. Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client an international Events Management & Marketing Agency and a certified Great Place to Work Company, we are seeking to recruit a Web Graphics Designer to join their expanding team based in Limassol (Hybrid).

The ideal candidate must hold previous experience as a Web Graphics Designer and be proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, AdobeXD or Figma.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the design of the web & graphics projects from conception to delivery and align with the management.
• Translating concepts to user flows and design websites, UIS and online concepts
• Be hands-on in producing mock-ups of the user interface of website pages
• Understands the business goals behind all design tasks
• Collaborate closely with marketing team to ensure that the design output meets expectations
• Create brand design standards and promote brand image across all channels according to the market trends
• Design illustrations, logos and other designs when needed

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience as a Web Graphics Designer
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator, InDesign, AdobeXD or Figma
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies
• Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory
• You must be able to live and work freely in the EU
