Procurement Manager – Citrus Gardens Development Ltd
Citrus Gardens Development Ltd, part of IMPERIO GROUP, is looking to hire a Procurement Manager to join our expanding team for our project in Limassol.
The successful candidate must hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying and have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Main duties and responsibilities:
•Oversees all procurement activities associated with the effective purchasing in accordance with the schedules, specifications and budgets.
•Interface with other stakeholders and vendors for all matters related to the procurement of materials, equipment and services scope.
•Develop in conjunction with Project Manager and other stakeholders the Procurement Plan and Execution Strategy.
•Conducting supplier visits audits and developing strong supplier relationships and processes to improve the procurement chain and compliance with local/international regulations.
•Handle and manage RFQs, commercial evaluations, PO awards, and PO administration procedures until final delivery and PO close out.
•Reviewing and approving all project material upon delivery.
•Develop and maintain a commercially sound Vendor base, survey the market for new supply sources including non-traditional ones, and maintain a database with approved vendors.
•Evaluate vendor performance on a continuous basis.
•Monitor and review market conditions and price & delivery trends for materials and equipment.
•Provide support to cost controls in procurement-related activities.
•Provide procurement reports as necessary and undertake tasks, activities, and assignments.
•Preparation of reports as requested by the Project Management Team and CEO.
Requirements:
•Bachelor's in Engineering preferably in Civil or Quantity Surveying.
•Min. 3 years relevant experience in a similar role preferably in the Construction Industry.
•Excellent knowledge of Greek and English Language (both spoken and written).
•Strong quantity surveying skills is a must.
•Possess strong knowledge on procuring technical equipment/materials.
•Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Able to work fast under pressure.
•Computer literate.
•Effective negotiation skills.
•Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
