Business Analyst

On behalf of our client, a leading forex company, we are looking for a Business Analyst to be based at their offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Liaises with business to confirm needed changes to the system and coordinates when applying said changes.
• Analyzes both product lines overall profitability for the business.
• Creates logical and innovative solutions to complex business problems with a focus on automation and improvements to the customer experience.
• Prepares documentation on process flows and presents them when needed.
• Works closely with developers to ensure technical compatibility and end-user satisfaction.
• Document newly created solutions in project packages.
• Develops and monitors data quality metrics and ensures business data and reporting needs are met.
• Writes business requirements documentation in user story format along with use cases for new feature requests.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field
• Experience in financial sector strongly preferred
• Excellent command of the English language both verbal and written
• Must be analytical with the capability to evaluate business objectives and come up with innovative solutions
• Must have strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Strong technology, analytical and communication skills
