HR Supervisor

Manpower, on behalf of our client a multinational company in the technology industry we are seeking to recruit an experienced HR Supervisor to be based in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Guidance and participation throughout the employment process to meet organizational needs
• Publishing job advertisements
• Be responsible for the onboarding process of the new employees
• Designing and implementing the employee development training plan
• Monitoring the implementation of training programs and evaluating their effectiveness
• Calculating and issuing payroll
• Managing compensation and benefits systems
• Responsible for managing employment issues (hiring, contracts, leaves, etc.)
• Conducting financial analysis and payroll reports
• Maintaining personnel records

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Human Resources, MBA or in any other relevant field
• 5+ years of prior experience in a similar position (preferably in retail)
• Previous experience with ERP Payroll systems will be considered and advantage
• Excellent knowledge of Cyprus Employment Law
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in Greek & English language (written and spoken)
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Strong team spirit, initiative, and innovative thinking
