Executive Assistant (Nicosia, Cyprus)

Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client, a leading IT solutions company we are seeking to recruit an Executive Assistant in Nicosia, Cyprus.

The successful candidate will act as the Executive Assistant to the management and provide administrative and secretarial support.

Job Description:

  • Act as the main contact for internal and external parties, handling highly confidential or critical matters
  • Work closely with Executive Management to track upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up as needed
  • Manage the Executive Management’s calendar, prioritize inquiries and requests, troubleshoot conflicts, and make judgments to ensure seamless day-to-day engagements
  • Undertake special projects and initiatives as assigned by the organization
  • Safeguard confidential documents and maintain a comprehensive filing system
  • Arrange travel, visas, and accommodation in cooperation with the Group’s Travel Coordinator
  • Prepare events in cooperation with other departments

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working with a C Level support experience will be considered an advantage
  • Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Business Administration or in any other relevant field
  • Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills, capacity to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly
  • Excellent computer literacy, Advance Microsoft Office (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
