Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronic Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electronic systems used in our dairy equipment. This role involves working closely with mechanical engineers, software developers, and product managers to ensure our equipment operates efficiently and reliably.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and Development: Develop and implement electronic control systems for milling parlors, feeding mixing wagons, and other dairy equipment.

- Circuit Design: Design and test analog and digital circuits, including microcontroller-based systems, power supplies, and sensor interfaces.

- Embedded Systems: Develop and program embedded systems for real-time control of equipment functions, ensuring precise operation and data collection.

- System Integration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate electronic systems with mechanical components and software applications.

- Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve issues in existing electronic systems, providing technical support for manufacturing and field service teams.

- Compliance and Testing: Ensure all electronic systems meet industry standards and regulatory requirements, conducting rigorous testing and validation processes.

- Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends in electronic engineering, applying new methods and tools to improve product performance and efficiency.

- Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation, including schematics, specifications, and user manuals.

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience in designing and developing electronic systems, preferably in the agricultural or industrial equipment sectors.

- Strong knowledge of embedded systems, microcontrollers, and PLC programming.

- Proficiency in CAD software for circuit design and simulation (e.g., Altium, Eagle, OrCAD).

- Familiarity with communication protocols (e.g., CAN, Modbus, I2C, SPI) used in industrial automation.

- Experience with sensors, actuators, and motor control systems.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 

 

 

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in the dairy or agricultural equipment industry.

- Knowledge of IoT applications and remote monitoring systems.

- Experience with wireless communication technologies and data acquisition systems.
