Πολιτικός μηχανικός

Μελετητικό γραφείο, με έδρα τη Λευκωσία, προκηρύσσει θέση εργασίας έμπειρου πολιτικού μηχανικού.

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα:

• Μέλος του ΕΤΕΚ ή αντίστοιχου επιμελητηρίου άλλης χώρας της Ε.Ε.
• Κατ’ ελάχιστον διετής, τεκμαρτή εμπειρία στην εκπόνηση μελετών κτηριακών και άλλων έργων και στην επίβλεψη τους.
• Εμπειρία στην εκπόνηση μελετών κατασκευών οπλισμένου σκυροδέματος και δομικού χάλυβα.
• Εμπειρία στο χειρισμό λογισμικών ανάλυσης και διαστασιολόγησης κατασκευών και σχεδιαστικών λογισμικών.
• Άρτια γνώση της ελληνικής και πολύ καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας.
• Εξοικείωση με τις κανονιστικές διατάξεις των Ευρωκωδίκων.

Επιπρόσθετα / προαιρετικά προσόντα:

• Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος με εξειδίκευση στην αντισεισμική ή στη δομοστατική μηχανική.
• Γνώση και εμπειρία σε εκπόνηση μελετών αποτίμησης επάρκειας,  επισκευών και ενισχύσεων υφιστάμενων κατασκευών.
• Δεξιότητες χειρισμού εξειδικευμένων λογισμικών σχεδίασης κατασκευών οπλισμένου σκυροδέματος και δομικού χάλυβα.

Καθήκοντα:

• Εκπόνηση στατικών / αντισεισμικών μελετών κτηρίων.
• Επίβλεψη ανέγερσης, επιδιόρθωσης, ενίσχυσης κτηριακών έργων.
• Σύνταξη τεχνικών προδιαγραφών.
• Σχεδιάσεις με τη χρήση λογισμικού.
• Δυνατότητα υβριδικού μοντέλου εργασίας (συνδυασμός εργασίας εντός γραφείου και εξ αποστάσεως).

Civil Engineering Office, located in Nicosia, is seeking to employ a senior civil/structural engineer.

Required qualifications:

• Registered member of the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber (ΕΤΕΚ) or of the respective chamber of other EU member country.
• Minimum two-year experience in the structural and earthquake-resistant design of building and non-building structures and in their corresponding supervision of construction.
• Experience in the structural and earthquake-resistant design of reinforced concrete and steel structures.
• Experience in the utilization of modelling, analysis and design software (CAE software).
• Excellent knowledge of English language.
• Familiarity in the practical implementation of Eurocodes.

Additional optional qualifications:

• Master Degree with expertise in earthquake or structural engineering.
• Knowledge and experience in the elaboration of assessment of bearing capacity, retrofit and strengthening of existing structures studies.
• Experience in drawing, draughting and detailing of reinforced concrete and steel structures, with specialized cad software.

Duties:

• Structural and earthquake-resistant design of buildings.
• Supervision of the construction, the retrofit and the strengthening of building structures.
• Compose of technical specifications.
• Drafting and detail design.
• Potential for hybrid working model (combination of office and remote work).
