The role is administrative and operational in nature, bridging Erasmus mobility management with EU-project support. It involves coordinating with partner institutions to deliver student and staff mobility experiences services. The position is funded through the EUt+ Accelerate Project and the Erasmus OS.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day running of Erasmus+ mobility, helping students and staff with applications, paperwork, and practical questions throughout their mobility journey.

• Help organise Erasmus events and activities, such as info sessions, orientations, welcome events, and international days.

RESEARCH FELLOW POSITION (Postgraduate Associate/ Assistant Researcher  A – R1*) POSITION

Applications are invited from candidates who possess the necessary qualifications in order to fill one (1) Full-time Research Fellow position of Postgraduate Associate/ Assistant Researcher A (R1*) at the EUt+ Coordination Centre in the field of innovation and Entrepreneurship.

The EUt+ Coordination Center (eut.cut.ac.cy) of the Cyprus University of Technology (CUT) is seeking an Innovation & Entrepreneurship Officer to support the implementation of Work Package 6 (Entrepreneurship & Innovation) of the European University of Technology (EUt+) Alliance (univ-tech.eu), where CUT acts as leader and coordinator.

The position focuses on the coordination and delivery of EUt+ entrepreneurship and innovation activities of the EUt+ Entrepreneurship School (eis-tech.eu), including administrative and operational support for its educational programmes, the Student Startup Lab, the EUt+ Incubation Programme, and related ecosystem-building initiatives.

The role is funded through the EUt+ Accelerate Project and involves close collaboration with EUt+ partner universities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and day-to-day implementation of WP6 activities, including KPIs, milestones, deliverables, technical reports, and contributions to European Commission reviews and communication material.
• Support the operation of the EUt+ Entrepreneurship School, including administrative, organisational, and operational support for its activities and educational programmes.
• Organise and support innovation and entrepreneurship-related activities and events, including workshops, training sessions, and networking activities.
• Support and coordinate the EUt+ Incubation Programme (part of the Student Startup Lab), guiding student teams through the incubation process (training, selection, European feedback, and final competition).
• Support stakeholder engagement with industry, startups, public organisations, investors, and innovation actors, and represent CUT and EUt+ at national and international events.

Required Qualifications

Applicants should have:

• A Bachelor's and Master's degree from a recognized university in related fields
• Strong organisational, coordination, and time-management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise, and deliver multiple activities.
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with academic, administrative, and external stakeholders.
• Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)

The following will be considered as an advantage:

• PhD
• Experience in implementation of research programs from national and/or European funds
• Mobility experience/International and professional mobility

Additional Experience & Skills

This role is designed to be supportive and developmental. The experience listed below may be useful for certain tasks, but is not required to apply or to succeed in the position. Training and guidance will be provided where needed.

• Exposure to EU or internationally funded projects (e.g., Erasmus+, Horizon Europe).
• Interest in or involvement with entrepreneurship, innovation, incubation, or startup-related activities.
• Experience supporting project coordination, reporting, KPIs, or deliverables.
• Experience assisting with the organisation of events, workshops, bootcamps, or networking activities.
• Familiarity with working with multiple stakeholders, such as universities, industry, or public bodies.
• Interest in European higher education, innovation ecosystems, and university–industry collaboration.

Τhe appointment will be for a period of twelve (12) months with the prospect of renewal for twelve (12) months. The monthly gross salary for the position will be €2136,33 based on the legislation currently in effect. From this amount, employee contributions will be deducted, according to current legislation. It is noted that there is a provision for 13th salary (the cost of the 13th salary has been proportionally incorporated in the monthly remuneration).

Το Τεχνολογικό Πανεπιστήμιο Κύπρου δέχεται αιτήσεις για την πλήρωση της θέσης Διευθυντή/τριας Ερευνητικής Μονάδας «Κοινωνικής Πληροφορικής», της Σχολής Επικοινωνίας και Μέσων Ενημέρωσης.

Ο στόχος της Ερευνητικής Μονάδας Κοινωνικής Πληροφορικής είναι να δημιουργήσει μία κοινότητα εξειδικευμένων επιστημόνων, με ισχυρή ερευνητική δράση στην Κοινωνική Πληροφορική και συναφείς τομείς, στους οποίους η χρήση των Τεχνολογιών της Πληροφορίας και της Επικοινωνίας (ΤΠΕ) μπορεί να αποτελέσει αρωγό ως προς την επίλυση κοινωνικών προκλήσεων. Ο/η Διευθυντής/τρια της Ερευνητικής Μονάδας προεδρεύει του Ακαδημαϊκού Συμβουλίου, είναι μέλος του Συμβουλίου Ερευνητικής Μονάδας και είναι υπεύθυνος/η για την καθημερινή λειτουργία της Μονάδας.

Αίτηση για τη θέση του/της Διευθυντή/τριας Ερευνητικής Μονάδας μπορούν να υποβάλουν Καθηγητές/τριες ή Αναπληρωτές/τριες Καθηγητές/τριες του Τεχνολογικού Πανεπιστημίου Κύπρου (κατά προτίμηση Καθηγητές/τριες) με γνωστικό αντικείμενο ίδιο ή συναφές μ’ αυτό της Ερευνητικής Μονάδας.

Οι υποψήφιοι/ιες για τη θέση θα πρέπει να έχουν αποδεδειγμένη ικανότητα να οργανώσουν ερευνητικά προγράμματα, προσέλκυσης χρηματοδότησης από οργανισμούς χρηματοδότησης έρευνας, συντονισμού ερευνητικών προγραμμάτων καθώς και εκτενές δημοσιευμένο ερευνητικό έργο και διεθνή αναγνώριση σε γνωστικά αντικείμενα συναφή με αυτή της Μονάδας.

Σημειώνεται ότι, η θέση του/της Διευθυντή/τριας Ερευνητικής Μονάδας «Κοινωνικής Πληροφορικής» είναι ασυμβίβαστη με τις θέσεις Πρύτανη/Πρυτάνεως, Αντιπρυτάνεων, Κοσμήτορα/Κοσμήτειρα Σχολής, Αναπληρωτή/τρια Κοσμήτορα/Κοσμήτειρα Σχολής, Πρόεδρο Τμήματος και Αντιπρόεδρο Τμήματος.

Η χρηματοδότηση της Ερευνητικής Μονάδας θα γίνεται εξ ολοκλήρου από πόρους, οι οποίοι δεν προέρχονται από κυβερνητική χορηγία προς το Πανεπιστήμιο.

Ο/η υποψήφιος/ια που θα επιλεγεί θα διατηρεί τη βαθμίδα που κατέχει τη στιγμή της επιλογής του/της καθώς επίσης και τις απολαβές που συνάγονται από αυτή, με βάση την ισχύουσα νομοθεσία. 7. Ονόματα και ηλεκτρονική διεύθυνση τουλάχιστον τριών Καθηγητών/τριων, οι οποίες/οι θα ενημερωθούν αυτόματα με την υποβολή της αίτησης, για κατάθεση εμπιστευτικών συστατικών επιστολών (στην αγγλική γλώσσα) εντός επτά (7) ημερών από την προθεσμία υποβολής των αιτήσεων.

Οι υποψήφιες/υποψήφιοι έχουν την ευθύνη να επιβεβαιώσουν ότι η ηλεκτρονική τους αίτηση έχει καταχωρηθεί επιτυχώς. Αμέσως μετά την καταχώρηση της ηλεκτρονικής αίτησης, οι υποψήφιες/υποψήφιοι θα λαμβάνουν αυτόματο μήνυμα για την επιτυχή υποβολή της αίτησης τους.

Μετά την υποβολή της αίτησης δεν θα είναι εφικτή ουδεμία αλλαγή στην αίτηση.

Επισημαίνεται ότι είναι ευθύνη των υποψηφίων να βεβαιωθούν ότι:

(α) έχουν ενημερωθεί και συναινούν οι Καθηγητές/τριες τους/τις οποίους/οποίες έχουν οριστεί στην αίτηση τους για παροχή συστατικών επιστολών, πριν την υποβολή της αίτησης, και ότι τα στοιχεία επικοινωνίας που έχουν υποβάλει στην αίτηση τους για τα άτομα αυτά είναι ορθά (π.χ. ηλεκτρονικός λογαριασμός), και

(β) έχουν αναρτηθεί στην αίτηση τους στην ηλεκτρονική πλατφόρμα τουλάχιστον τρεις (3) συστατικές επιστολές μέχρι την προκαθορισμένη προθεσμία (7 μέρες μετά την προθεσμία υποβολής των αιτήσεων). Οι υποψήφιοι/υποψήφιες θα λαμβάνουν αυτόματη ενημέρωση με την υποβολή κάθε συστατικής επιστολής.

Οι υποψήφιες/οι πρέπει να κατέχουν:

• Πτυχίο Πανεπιστημίου από Αναγνωρισμένο Πανεπιστήμιο στο σχετικό γνωστικό αντικείμενο.
• Μεταπτυχιακό τίτλο επιπέδου μάστερ από Αναγνωρισμένο Πανεπιστήμιο στο σχετικό ή συναφές γνωστικό αντικείμενο.
• Πολύ καλή γνώση της ελληνικής και αγγλικής γλώσσας σύμφωνα με το πλαίσιο αποδεκτών τεκμηρίων από την Επιτροπή Δημόσιας Υπηρεσίας.

Τα ακόλουθα θα θεωρηθούν ως πρόσθετα προσόντα / πλεονεκτήματα:

• Ευδόκιμη επαγγελματική εμπειρία, εκ των οποίων κατά προτίμηση τρία (3) χρόνια σε θέση ευθύνης.
• Διδακτική εμπειρία σε Ίδρυμα Τριτοβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης
• Διδακτορικός τίτλος στο ως άνω ή συναφές γνωστικό αντικείμενο, καθώς και ερευνητικό / συγγραφικό έργο.

Η εγκεκριμένη Μισθοδοτική Κλίμακα για το Ειδικό Εκπαιδευτικό Προσωπικό είναι η Α8-Α10-Α11. Η πλήρωση της θέσης αυτής θα είναι με σύμβαση. Η/Ο υποψήφια/ος που θα επιλεγεί μπορεί να τοποθετηθεί σε οποιαδήποτε βαθμίδα της πιο πάνω κλίμακας ανάλογα με τα προσόντα και την πείρα της/του.

Η πλήρωση της θέσης αυτής θα είναι με σύμβαση ενός (1) έτους, η οποία δύναται να ανανεωθεί στη λήξη της.

Επιπλέον,

(α) Σύμφωνα με τον «Περί Εργοδοτούμενων με Εργασία Ορισμένου Χρόνου (Απαγόρευση  Δυσμενούς Μεταχείρισης) Νόμο του 2003», με την συμπλήρωση σύμβασης εργασίας συνολικής περιόδου τριάντα (30) μηνών η σύμβαση μετατρέπεται αυτόματα σε σύμβαση αορίστου διάρκειας, και

(β) τα μέλη ΕΕΠ που κατέχουν μεταπτυχιακό τίτλο ή ισότιμο επαγγελματικό τίτλο και τουλάχιστον οκτώ (8) χρόνια ευδόκιμης υπηρεσίας στο Τεχνολογικό Πανεπιστήμιο Κύπρου στη θέση Ειδικού Εκπαιδευτικού Προσωπικού (ΕΕΠ), κρίνονται υποχρεωτικά για μονιμοποίηση.

Οι υποψήφιες/οι δεν είναι απαραίτητο να είναι πολίτες της Κυπριακής Δημοκρατίας.

Οι ενδιαφερόμενες/οι πρέπει να υποβάλουν τα ακόλουθα:

1. Επιστολή στην οποία να παρουσιάζεται (α) σύντομη περιγραφή της επαγγελματικής τους πορείας από τη συμπλήρωση των σπουδών τους μέχρι σήμερα και (β) σύντομη ανασκόπηση του διδακτικού τους έργου, και σύντομη περιγραφή των μελλοντικών επιστημονικών/επαγγελματικών τους σχεδίων. Επίσης να αναφέρεται η ημερομηνία κατά την οποία μπορούν να αναλάβουν καθήκοντα σε περίπτωση επιλογής.
2. Βιογραφικό σημείωμα (στα Αγγλικά ή στα Ελληνικά).
3. Αποδεικτικά στοιχεία προσόντων και εμπειρίας.
4. Ονόματα και στοιχεία δύο ατόμων από τα οποία πιθανόν να ζητηθούν συστάσεις.

Καθήκοντα / Ευθύνες

1. Παροχή διδακτικού έργου, επίβλεψη της εργασίας και πρακτικής άσκησης φοιτητριών/ών ή/και αυτόνομη διδασκαλία μαθημάτων, ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες της Ακαδημίας.
2. Ενεργός συμμετοχή στον συντονισμό και επανασχεδιασμό των Προγραμμάτων σπουδών της Ακαδημίας.
3. Ενεργός συμμετοχή και εμπλοκή στην οργάνωση και συντονισμό δραστηριοτήτων και εκδηλώσεων που διοργανώνονται καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια του έτους από τη Σχολή και το Πανεπιστήμιο ευρύτερα.

Σημειώνεται ότι η έδρα των ατόμων που θα επιλεγούν θα είναι η Πάφος και/ή οποιαδήποτε άλλη Επαρχία της Κυπριακής Δημοκρατίας.

Επισημαίνεται ότι, με βάση τον Περί Προϋπολογισμού του Τεχνολογικού Πανεπιστημίου Κύπρου του 2023 (Νόμος 2023), άρθρο 18, το ακαδημαϊκό προσωπικό ή άλλο εκπαιδευτικό προσωπικό έχει υποχρέωση να διαμένει μόνιμα στην Δημοκρατία για όσο χρόνο εργοδοτείται από το Τεχνολογικό Πανεπιστήμιο Κύπρου και η καταβολή των αποδοχών του από το Πανεπιστήμιο θα γίνεται εφόσον τηρείται η πιο πάνω υποχρέωση.

Αιτήσεις που δεν ικανοποιούν τις προδιαγραφές της προκήρυξης αυτής δεν θα προωθηθούν στα αρμόδια όργανα του Πανεπιστημίου.

Συνοδευτικά στοιχεία που έχουν υποβληθεί στο παρελθόν δε λαμβάνονται υπόψη και πρέπει να υποβληθούν εκ νέου.

Τα ακόλουθα θα θεωρηθούν ως πρόσθετα προσόντα / πλεονεκτήματα:

• Διδακτορικός τίτλος σπουδών, διδακτική εμπειρία σε πανεπιστημιακό επίπεδο, πείρα στην οργάνωση εργαστηρίων καθώς και ερευνητικό / συγγραφικό έργο

Η εγκεκριμένη μισθοδοτική κλίμακα για το Ειδικό Εκπαιδευτικό Προσωπικό είναι η Α8-Α10-Α11. Η πλήρωση της θέσης αυτής θα είναι με σύμβαση. Η/Ο υποψήφια/ος που θα επιλεγεί μπορεί να τοποθετηθεί σε οποιαδήποτε βαθμίδα της πιο πάνω κλίμακας ανάλογα με τα προσόντα και την πείρα της/του.

Η πλήρωση της θέσης αυτής θα είναι με σύμβαση ενός (1) έτους, η οποία δύναται να ανανεωθεί στη λήξη της.

Επιπλέον,

(α) Σύμφωνα με τον «Περί Εργοδοτούμενων με Εργασία Ορισμένου Χρόνου (Απαγόρευση  Δυσμενούς Μεταχείρισης) Νόμο του 2003», με την συμπλήρωση σύμβασης εργασίας συνολικής περιόδου τριάντα (30) μηνών η σύμβαση μετατρέπεται αυτόματα σε σύμβαση αορίστου διάρκειας, και

(β) τα μέλη ΕΕΠ που κατέχουν μεταπτυχιακό τίτλο ή ισότιμο επαγγελματικό τίτλο και τουλάχιστον οκτώ (8) χρόνια ευδόκιμης υπηρεσίας στο Τεχνολογικό Πανεπιστήμιο Κύπρου στη θέση Ειδικού Εκπαιδευτικού Προσωπικού (ΕΕΠ), κρίνονται υποχρεωτικά για μονιμοποίηση.

Οι υποψήφιες/οι δεν είναι απαραίτητο να είναι πολίτες της Κυπριακής Δημοκρατίας.

Οι ενδιαφερόμενες/οι πρέπει να υποβάλουν τα ακόλουθα:

1. Επιστολή στην οποία να παρουσιάζεται σύντομη ανασκόπηση του διδακτικού/ερευνητικού τους έργου, καθώς και σύντομη περιγραφή των μελλοντικών επιστημονικών τους σχεδίων. Επίσης να αναφέρεται η ημερομηνία κατά την οποία μπορούν να αναλάβουν καθήκοντα σε περίπτωση επιλογής.
2. Βιογραφικό σημείωμα (στα Αγγλικά ή στα Ελληνικά)
3. Αποδεικτικά στοιχεία προσόντων
4. Ονόματα και στοιχεία δύο ατόμων από τα οποία πιθανόν να ζητηθούν συστάσεις

Καθήκοντα / Ευθύνες

1. Παροχή διδακτικού έργου (διδασκαλία εργαστηριακών μαθημάτων, φροντιστηρίων κλπ), επίβλεψη της εργασίας και πρακτικής άσκησης φοιτητριών/ών ή/και αυτόνομη διδασκαλία μαθημάτων (για κατόχους διδακτορικού), ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες του Τμήματος.
2. Ανάπτυξη, οργάνωση και εύρυθμη λειτουργία των εργαστηρίων του Τμήματος.

Σημειώνεται ότι η έδρα των ατόμων που θα επιλεγούν θα είναι η Λεμεσός και/ή η Πάφος και/ή οποιαδήποτε άλλη Επαρχία της Κυπριακής Δημοκρατίας.

Επισημαίνεται ότι, με βάση τον Περί Προϋπολογισμού του Τεχνολογικού Πανεπιστημίου Κύπρου του 2023 (Νόμος 2023), άρθρο 18, το ακαδημαϊκό προσωπικό ή άλλο εκπαιδευτικό προσωπικό έχει υποχρέωση να διαμένει μόνιμα στην Δημοκρατία για όσο χρόνο εργοδοτείται από το Τεχνολογικό Πανεπιστήμιο Κύπρου και η καταβολή των αποδοχών του από το Πανεπιστήμιο θα γίνεται εφόσον τηρείται η πιο πάνω υποχρέωση.

Αιτήσεις που δεν ικανοποιούν τις προδιαγραφές της προκήρυξης αυτής δεν θα προωθηθούν στα αρμόδια όργανα του Πανεπιστημίου.

Συνοδευτικά στοιχεία που έχουν υποβληθεί στο παρελθόν δε λαμβάνονται υπόψη και πρέπει να υποβληθούν εκ νέου.

Το Τεχνολογικό Πανεπιστήμιο Κύπρου δέχεται αιτήσεις για την πλήρωση μίας (1) θέσης Ειδικού Εκπαιδευτικού Προσωπικού (ΕΕΠ) με σύμβαση στην ειδικότητα «Λογιστική / Οικονομικά / Χρηματοοικονομικά» για την Ακαδημία Επαγγελμάτων Τουρισμού και Φιλοξενίας Κύπρου του Τμήματος Διοίκησης Τουρισμού και Φιλοξενίας στην Πάφο                                                            

Οι υποψήφιες/οι πρέπει να κατέχουν:

• Πτυχίο Πανεπιστημίου από Αναγνωρισμένο Πανεπιστήμιο στο σχετικό γνωστικό αντικείμενο.
• Μεταπτυχιακό τίτλο επιπέδου μάστερ από Αναγνωρισμένο Πανεπιστήμιο στο σχετικό ή συναφές γνωστικό αντικείμενο.
• Πολύ καλή γνώση της ελληνικής και αγγλικής γλώσσας σύμφωνα με το πλαίσιο αποδεκτών τεκμηρίων από την Επιτροπή Δημόσιας Υπηρεσίας.

Τα ακόλουθα θα θεωρηθούν ως πρόσθετα προσόντα / πλεονεκτήματα:

• Ευδόκιμη επαγγελματική εμπειρία , εκ των οποίων κατά προτίμηση τρία (3) χρόνια σε θέση ευθύνης.
• Διδακτική εμπειρία σε Ίδρυμα Τριτοβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης
• Διδακτορικός τίτλος στο ως άνω ή συναφές γνωστικό αντικείμενο, καθώς και ερευνητικό / συγγραφικό έργο.

Επίσης να αναφέρεται η ημερομηνία κατά την οποία μπορούν να αναλάβουν καθήκοντα σε περίπτωση επιλογής.
2. Βιογραφικό σημείωμα (στα Αγγλικά ή στα Ελληνικά).
3. Αποδεικτικά στοιχεία προσόντων και εμπειρίας.
4. Ονόματα και στοιχεία δύο ατόμων από τα οποία πιθανόν να ζητηθούν συστάσεις.

Καθήκοντα / Ευθύνες

1. Παροχή διδακτικού έργου, επίβλεψη της εργασίας και πρακτικής άσκησης φοιτητριών/ών ή/και αυτόνομη διδασκαλία μαθημάτων, ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες της Ακαδημίας.
2. Ενεργός συμμετοχή στον συντονισμό και επανασχεδιασμό των Προγραμμάτων σπουδών της Ακαδημίας.
3. Ενεργός συμμετοχή και εμπλοκή στην οργάνωση και συντονισμό δραστηριοτήτων και εκδηλώσεων που διοργανώνονται καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια του έτους από τη Σχολή και το Πανεπιστήμιο ευρύτερα.

Σημειώνεται ότι η έδρα των ατόμων που θα επιλεγούν θα είναι η Πάφος και/ή οποιαδήποτε άλλη Επαρχία της Κυπριακής Δημοκρατίας.
